We are writing to let you know that the Gumala Aboriginal Corporation (GAC) is proposing to engage third-party mailing and printing providers to prepare and distribute communications digitally and in hard-copy to Members of GAC in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of GAC’s communications with its Members.
This will require GAC to disclose personal contact information to these service providers. It is proposed that this may commence after 15 December.
While this is considered within the scope of the existing GAC Privacy Policy, the Policy has been updated to clearly address the disclosure of personal information to third parties in certain circumstances.
