2026 AGM: Logins, Payments and Help Sessions
The 2026 GAC AGM will be held 100% online on Friday 9 October. Everything you need to take part is below.
Running order (Friday 9 October)
- Registration open: 8am – 2pm
- GAC AGM: 9.00am
- GAC Consultation: 12.30pm
Your login
- Username: last 5 digits of your GAC ID (e.g. 1234B)
- Password: your year of birth (e.g. 1989)
One login works for the GAC AGM, GIPL AGM and both consultation sessions. Vero, who run the voting and login system, will email you from support@verovoting.com.au to confirm your details. Check your junk folder. No email by end of day Friday 2 October? Contact Gumala.
Consultation payments
GAC will pay $750 for attending the GAC consultation, separate from the Gumala Trust’s $750 for its consultation. Complete the pre-AGM payment form by Thursday 8 October and choose Purchasing Card or bank transfer.

On the day: quick tips
- Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge browser. A laptop works best, but a phone or tablet is fine.
- Click Allow when your browser asks to use audio, microphone or camera, or you may not hear the meeting.
- Vote in the Vote tab. For elections, your vote only counts once you click Save and see the green tick.
- Ask questions in the Q&A tab or Zoom chat, and include your name.
