Gumala Gift Card Update
GAC advises members that, effective immediately, it has paused the purchase and distribution of gift cards (including Prezzee, food and fuel cards).
This pause relates to compliance matters raised in connection with the independent forensic audit currently being conducted. GAC is working through its gift card protocols and controls before any further gift card distributions can be considered.
GAC understands gift cards have been a valued support for many members and appreciates this change may cause frustration or inconvenience. We remain committed to transparent governance and are determining next steps, including possible alternative support options.
