The GAC Mentorship Program is a 6-week program that has been developed to support Gumala Members to enter or re-enter the workforce.
Participants of the Program will receive structured training and work experience over 6 weeks and financial remuneration (pay). They will be engaged in key departments of our business including Member Services, Governance, Housing, Finance, Information Technology and Public Relations & Communications.

Applicants should meet the following requirements of the Program:
- A Gumala Member
- Aged 18-50 years old
- Less than two years work experience
- Absent from the workforce for more than two years
- Year 10-12 pass /certificate (if you have a degree or higher you will be still be considered)
- Applicants should have basic computer, communication and numeracy skills
The Program will take place in our Perth office, with accommodation to be organised for Members not based in Perth.
