We understand that inflation and the increased cost of living have increased the financial strain on Gumala Members. To help ease this financial hardship, we have introduced a November 2024 Gumala Relief payment.
This will include two payments of $1,000, to the value of $2,000 to Gumala Members on the 8th and 29th of November
The last relief payment will be processed on the 20th of December 2024. If you need to update your details or preferences, we ask that you submit a completed PIF by 5pm on the 18th of December 2024.
If you do not submit a completed Personal Information Form (PIF) and provide a payment preference by 5pm on the 18th of December, we will default to the Top-Up Flexi Program as the chosen preference. The Flexi Top-Up will be applied in January 2025.

Can I choose to ‘bank’ my relief payment or add it to my flexible program balance?
We have taken your preference of bank or flexi from previous payments. If you would like to update your preference, please advise GAC by 1pm on the 7th of November.
Are Gumala Members going to receive a program top-up this year?
Each year, a program top-up is not guaranteed. This type of program is dependent on how much money is generated from the Mine. At this stage, in 2024 we are not planning to have a program top-up.
Can I expect more relief payments?
At this stage, there are no further relief payments scheduled for 2024.
