New Member Portal Rollout from 6 MayVicki Sly
The rollout of Gumala’s new Member Portal will begin on Thursday 6 May. The portal will allow Members and Beneficiaries to access their personal information and lodge applications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The rollout will be staggered across 2 weeks and Member Portal registration information will be sent via SMS and email to 200 Members each day.
We have staggered the rollout to ensure we don’t overload the new system with everyone logging in at the same time. We also don’t want it to impact on our Member Services Team’s normal processing times for applications.
Before using the portal, Members should make sure that their personal details are up to date. If there are any changes to an email address or mobile number, then please contact the Member Services Team as soon as possible.
